Show Description
Empowering Women to Take Control of Their Lives with my show "Sis, Let's Clean Up This Mess." The title comes from the workbook I created to assist women with reclaiming their power. This show allows me to share my own experiences of bad decisions, trauma, and low self-worth in the hopes of inspiring others to begin their healing journeys. I want women to realize that they have the power within themselves to heal, regardless of what their past may look like. It took me a long time to understand that others can't dictate what my healing journey should look like and I'm in control of that. Seeking validation from others hindered my progress, and prevented me from doing the inner work I needed to do. As a life coach, and someone who is also in therapy, I want to encourage women to trust themselves and listen to their inner voice. Even though our stories may be similar, our journeys are unique, and what worked for me may not work for someone else
About Your Host
I have a strong passion for assisting women navigate their personal journeys. My experiences and insights as a life coach, mentor, motivational speaker, and a woman whom is actively healing are valuable in inspiring individuals to take charge of their lives and live authentically. My workbook, "Sis, let's clean up this mess. We got shit to do," is a valuable resource for those seeking practical tips on embracing personal responsibility, finding forgiveness, and creating a life of purpose and fulfillment. Through my transparency and guidance I want to see women let go of their baggage and step into their true potential by learning to choose and trust the woman in the mirror.
